Gingerbread houses

So I have been wanting to make Gingerbread houses for awhile but I did not know how. Keith and Sydney came to visit this last weekend and Sydney is a pro and taught me how to make them. I decided this is going to be a tradition in our home, it was so much fun. Stockton keeps asking me when he can eat it. Sydney, Sami and Daddy made there house together and Stockton and Grandma made the other. Later when we were all done Sydney realized her wood pile made out of tootsie rolls was nearly gone, we never saw Sami take them but she admitted to it. Later she went up to grandma and grandpa and said "Gosh I just really like tootsie rolls" in her attitude voice. Thanks Grandma for teaching me how to make them.

What fun! They are terrific gingerbread houses . . . I'm surprised so much of the candy actually made it on your houses and that it didn't get eaten. You did a great job.
One week from today is Christmas . . . hope you're all being good. I miss you and love you tons. Hugs and Kisses, HammyShan
